Both Cottages on Lot 66 and Lot 67 will accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a maximum of 2 children. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, and 2 twin mattress in the loft. There are 2 blankets and 2 sets of sheets and pillow cases for each bed.

Reservations
Reservations for April through November are made up to 1 year in advance with a $250.00 damage/security deposit which is due at the time the rental agreement is signed. The rental amount is due 14 days before the rental period starts. DO NOT deduct the deposit from the rental amount. The damage/security deposit will be returned within 30 day after the rental period has ended less the cost of any missing items or any damage.
Reservations for the Months of December, January, February and March are made up to 1 Year in advance with a $500.00 per month non refundable deposit. The deposit less 250.00 withheld for any missing items or damage shall be deducted from the rental amount which is due 14 days before the start of the rental period. The $250.00 will be returned within 30 days after the rental period has ended less the cost of any missing items or any damage.
